It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Peggy Karidza.

I have known Peggy since 2019, when she began working for me as the primary care provider for my mother. She did this continuously for almost six years until my mother passed away in October 2024 at the age of 91. Peggy was a blessing for our family and took spectacular care of my mom, both physically and emotionally. Peggy’s duties were many. They included cooking, running errands, filling medications, driving to doctor appointments, taking care of dogs, organizing the house and its various repair men, and being my mom’s friend. Peggy performed all her duties with kindness and love and was truly part of the family. Peggy is also very honest and trustworthy. Even as my mom got older and less capable, she continued to approach each chore with the same energy and kindness. This included tasks such as shower and bathroom visits. Peggy had a unique way of dealing with my mom which perfectly balanced her friendship with my mom and her job as primary caregiver. Peggy also skillfully navigated the relationship between all of the siblings, particularly as the atmosphere was trying during the final hospice period. I highly recommend Peggy to any other family needing a caregiver for a loved one in their family.”
